I totally agree with all your points and would like to add one more.....Create a &quot;got it done&quot; list.  Sometimes it feel like the &quot;to do&quot; list continues to grow and we forget about what we&#039;ve actually achieved.  Creating a &quot;got it done&quot; list is a nice reminder of how much one actually achieves during the course of the day.</description>
